STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 19th day of November, 2004, by and bet een
Vern E. Wadel, t/d/b/a Wadel's Excavating of III E. Main Street, Newburg, Pe sylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
Michael J, Cassidy and Julie A. Cassidy, t/d/b/a G & C ASSOCIATES, 9974 Mo y Pitcher
Highway, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 17257,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to ere t and construct
certain building improvements
on that certain lot of ground situate in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland Co ty,
Pennsylvania, known as Lot 5, Plan Book 75, Page 55, Shippensburg, Pennsylvan a
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That th said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to in hand p id by Owner,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentio ed in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties actin through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed 0 maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant t reto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under sai contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of said building on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors, an others under
them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain an mechanic's
liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instru ent, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant
