FIFTH: In the event that any grandchild of mine is entitled to inherit from my estate and has not reached the age of 21 years at the time of my death, I direct that his or her share shall-be held in trust by their surviving parent or guardian, as trustee to be used whenever my trustee, in his or her sole discretion, shall deem it necessary to pay for the education, maintenance, health and welfare of my beneficiary.
