on that certain lot of groun situate in
the Borough of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known and
numbered as 3 West Allen Street, more partic1ar1y described in a certain deed
from Drivekore, Inc., to Owner dated March 6, 1987, and recorded in the ffice of
the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book~-H,
Page ~~, which description is incorporated herein by reference thereto
NOW THEREFORf, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,Jor and in consi etation oj
the sum oJ($1.oo} Dollar to it/him in hand paid by Ownet, the ,eceipt whereo is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves nd their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground a urtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said c ntract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above escribed,
and the said Contractor, for themselves. their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly aive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, ,~hall be an independent covenant.
