Wbereall, INTEGRITY BANK, hereinafter called the Owner, is about to execute contemporaneou Iy with HOGG
CONSTRUCTION, INC. of 2351 FREEDOM WAY, YORK, PA 17402, hereinafter called the Contractor, a ontract for the
erection or construction of improvements upon the lot of ground known as 428, 430, 430 1/2 & 43 Bridge, New
Cumberland Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, described in Exhibit "A" hereof, of which INTE RITY BANK is
the title holder of record, as more particuiarly described in Deed Book 267, Page 2834, Deed Book 267, age 2839 and
Deed Book 267, Page 2831; and
lftolD, February 24, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principa contract, and
before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building 0 improvement,
to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part f said contract
and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or materi I man, nor any
other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between s id parties shall
file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof.
{[bill stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P,L. 497, as amended,
