AND NOW, this 2� day of October, 2014, upon presentation and
consideration of the Petitioner's Petition to Make Rule Absolute, and in consideration of
the prior confirmation from the Department of Public Welfare (DPW), Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, that this is an insolvent estate, this estate is approved as requested with no
disbursements being made to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, nor to the
stated claimants, Cumberland Goodwill Fire and Rescue EMS, Inc. and Commercial
Acceptance Company, and with no disbursements being made to the sole beneficiary of
the estate, Richard L. Adams, Jr. The claims of the Department of Public Welfare,
Cumberland Goodwill Fire Rescue EMS Inc., and Commercial Acceptance Company are
hereby extinguished, voided and vacated.
