'i q fY'I cD ~ STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT made the 15th day of November, 2004 by and between Tuckey Mechanical Services hereinafter referred to as Contractors, AND Walter & Helen Reed hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a housing rehabilitation project at 450 N. West Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for nd in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to and in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the Agreeme t aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under em, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by the of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on acco any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or other Ise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot ab e described and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under em hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic' liens or claims against the said buildings or any ofthem, and agree that this instrument, waivi g the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant WITNESS our hands and seals this 15th day of November, 2004, Signed, Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of ~ 1/uM, ~ Walter Reed Seal Seal Seal ident 33 '^' ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR INDIVIDUAL COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND On this, the 15th day of November, 2004 before me the undersigned officer, personally appea ed Walter & Helen Reed known to me (or satisfactorily proven) to be the person(s) whose name ) in/are subscribed to the within instrument and acknowledged that she executed the same for e purposes therein contained.
