STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made the 4th day of January, 2005 by and betw en
Glenn Young Construction hereinafter referred to as Contract r,
AND
Douglas Kendall hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby th
former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a sanitar
sewer project at 34 West Main Street, Plainfield, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dalla
($1.00) to and in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentione in
the Agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontra ors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and gree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or mainta'ned
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the 1 t of
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work do
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contr
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above des crib d and
the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors a d
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that t is
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independ nt
covenant.
