AND NOW, this eday of JQ iff& 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for
Order Directing Conveyance of Real Property Sold on Contract by Decedent, and pursuant to the
Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 3390, it is hereby ORDERED and
DECREED as follows:
1. A Rule is issued upon the Respondents to show cause why the Petitioner is not
entitled to the relief requested.
2. Respondents shall file an Answer to the Petition within twenty days of this date.
3. The Petition shall be decided under Pa. R.C.P. No. 206.7.
4. Discovery shall be served within thirty days of the filing of the Answer;
5. Argument and an evidentiary hearing shall be held atl?$O a.m./$&. on the
day of , 2015in Court Room 3 of the Cumberland County Court House.
6. Petitioner shall provide Notice of the entry of this Order to counsel for the
Respondents.
