THIS AGREEMENT made the 1st day of December, 2004 by and betw en
Glenn Young Construction hereinafter referred to as Contracto ,

Henry Casner hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby
undertook and agreed to erect and construct a sanitary
project at 52 West Main Street, Plainfield, Cumberland

NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dolla
($1.00) to and in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned
the Agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontrac
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and a
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintai
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the 10
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work do
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contr
