The Petition of Mark A. Mateya, Esquire, respectfully represents the followin� �r, r�

1. The above-referenced action was filed in 2014, by way of filing a Petition for
Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Guardian on behalf of Lauren A. Renzo
2.A hearing was held on June 13,2014,before the Honorable Judge Masland and an Order
was entered appointing Lauren A. Renzo as Guardian of the Estate and Guardian of the Person of
Joan Ann Renzo.
3. Petitioner filed the Annual Report of Guardian of the Estate of Joan Ann Renzo,the
Annual Report of Guardian of the Person of Joan Ann Renzo and the Inventory on or about
September 16, 2014.
4. Since the filing of the Annual Reports and Inventory, Lauren A. Renzo has requested
that Petition withdraw his appearance on behalf of her relating to the Guardianship of her mother,
Joan Ann Renzo. A copy of the request from Lauren A. Renzo is attached hereto as Exhibit"A".
5. All proceedings in this matter have been heard by the Honorable A1 Masland.

6. The only matters presently pending before this Court concerning the above-referenced
matter are the Annual Reports and Inventory which were filed on September 16, 2014.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant Petitioner leave to
withdraw his appearance for Lauren A. Renzo in this action.
