STIPULATION WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE LIEN
WHEREAS,
Roeele, Inc.
(hereinafter "CONTRACTOR"), havi g an
office at
1025 South 21't Street, Harrisbure, PA 17104
has e tered into a
contract dated
with Penns lvania - American Water Com an (hereinafter
"OWNER"), having an office at 800 West Hershe Park Drive Hershe PA 17033 to provide
materials and equipment and to perform labor necessary for the construction of the Proje t
entitled" Construction of West Shore Off-Site Water Mains" situated in York County and
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the sa d parties, as
part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
CONTRACTOR, any subcontractor or material-man, nor any other person furnish ng labor or
materials to the said CONTRACTOR under this contract shall file a lien, comm ly called a
mechanic's lien, for work done or materials and equipment furnished to the said Proje t or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County rothonotary
within ten days after the date hereof, in accordance with the requirements of Act of ssembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
