WHEREAS, Dickinson College, of 5 North Orange Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 1701 ,is about
to enter into a contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., of 1000 Bent Creek oulevard,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17050 for the construction of additions and renovations 0 Wilson
Hall located at 434 West Louther Street and Davidson Hall located at 413 Dickinson Avenu ,Carlisle
Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, March 15, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the rincipal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Dickinson College to the s id R. S.
Mowery & Sons, Inc., to commence work on the said buildings, or purchase materials for t e same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., and the further
consideration of One Dollar to R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., paid by Dickinson College, it is agr d that
no lien shall be filed against the buildings or properties by the contractor, nor any subcontrac r, nor
by any of the material men or workmen nor any other person for any labor, or materials purc ased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the completion of said buildings, the right to file sue liens
being expressly waived.
