(j )--/ {U ,r.LD STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT made the 28TH day of FEBRUARY, 2005 by and between GOODLING, WOLFE CONSTRUCTION hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND RUSSELL C. GOODLING AND THOM.4S S. WOLFE hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to c nstruct a single family dwelling, at LOT #614 PHASE VI, HIGHLANDS OF HAMPDEN, HAMPDEN TO NSHIP, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA, more particularly described in attached exhibi t "A" NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contrac r, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to Contractor it in hand paid by receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties a through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims sh filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the 1 ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials turn them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or abou erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby e waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waivi right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
