STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 28TH day of FEBRUARY, 2005
by and between
GOODLING, WOLFE CONSTRUCTION
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
RUSSELL C. GOODLING AND THOM.4S S. WOLFE
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to c nstruct a
single family dwelling, at LOT #614 PHASE VI, HIGHLANDS OF HAMPDEN, HAMPDEN TO NSHIP,
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA, more particularly described in attached exhibi t "A"
NOW THEREFORE. THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contrac r, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to Contractor it in hand paid by
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties a
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims sh
filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the 1
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials turn
them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or abou
erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and
Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby e
waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens
against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waivi
right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in Hampden
Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINI.ING at a point on the western dedicated right-of-way
li~e of Kent Drive at the dividing line of Lot #547 and Lot
#614; by line of Lot #547 North 77 degrees 33 minutes 13
seconds West 127.52 feet to a point; thence by line of Lot
#526 North 13 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East 79.33 feet
to a point; thence by same North 04 degrees 36 minutes 00
seconds East 10.78 feet to a point at the dividing line of
Lot #613 and Lot #614; thence by line of Lot #613 South 77
degrees 33 minutes 13 seconds East 128.14 feet to a point
on the western right-of-way line of Kent Drive; thence by
said right-of-way South 12 degrees 26 minutes 47 seconds
East 90.00 feet to appoint at the dividing line of Lot #547.
and Lot #614, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot #614 on the Final Plan of The Highlands of
Hampden Square, Phase VI, recorded in Plan Book 76, Page
50.
BEING THE. SAME PREMISES WHICH the Highlands of Hampden Square
partnershlP, a Pennsylvania Corporation, by Deed Dated Februar
28, 2005, and about to be recorded in the Office of the Record r
of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, granted a d
conveyed unto Russell C. GOOdling, married person, and Thomas
Wolfe, marrled person, Grantees herein.
