8. Written notice of the Audit as required by Pa. O.C. Rules 6.3, 6.7 and 6.8 has been or will

claimants listed in item 10 below. In addition, notice of any questions requiring
Adjudication as discussed in item 14 below has been or will be given to all persons
affected thereby.

AFFIDAVIT REGARDING EFFORTS TO LOCATE
MISSING HEIRS
The following efforts were pursued by the undersigned and his staff to locate Erica
Delancey and Lisa Rader and were unsuccessful.
As to Erica Delancey:
1. The Administrator located a telephone number for"Erica" on the decedent's
mobile phone. Multiple messages left to this number by the undersigned went
unreturned.
'2. Kline Law Office staff located a prospective address for an Erica Delancey in
Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. A letter sent to that address requesting confirmation that
the recipient was the individual who knew the decedent did not garner any response.
3. Associates Claim Services of Merion Station, Pennsylvania, was retained to
perform a missing heir search. A prospective address in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
was found. Correspondence sent to that address requesting confirmation that the
recipient was the individual who knew the decedent did not garner any response.
As to Lisa Rader:
1. The Administrator located a prospective phone number. Messages left at that
number by the undersigned went unreturned.
2. The Administrator located a possible email address. Emails sent to that email
address from the undersigned requesting confirmation that the recipient was the
individual who knew the decedent did not garner any response.
3. Kline Law Office staff located an address in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A letter sent to
that address requesting confirmation that the recipient was the individual who knew the
decedent did not garner any response.
4. Associates Claim Services of Merion Station, Pennsylvania, was retained to
perform a missing heir search. A prospective address in Claremore, Oklahoma,was
found. Correspondence sent to that address requesting confirmation that the recipient
was the individual who knew the decedent did not garner any response.
According to the Administrator, neither he nor either of his brothers had ever met,
conversed with, or heard their father speak of, either of these individuals.
