Are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with

For the erection of a
building upon a lot of land situate
In Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Being Lot No. 70, Phase X an XI,
Good Hope Farms South, recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 89
Pages 89-90.
Now, /'I):;vch / LQ 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution 0 the
principal contract, and b~fore any authority has been given by the said Owners
To the said Contractor to commence work on the said buH ing,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
McNaughton Homes and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid y
Owners.
It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any la r, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
