WHEREAS, Michael E. Rowe and Susan M. Good are about to execute contemporaneous y
herewith a contract with No Nonsense Construction Corp., for the construction of a single
family dwelling upon a lot ofland situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract ofland situate in the Township of Silver Spring, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more fully bounded, and limited as follows:
BEING KNOWN AS LOT No. Ion a final subdivision plan for Albert F. Kost Jr., as prepa ed
by John C. Brillhart, Surveyor and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Comberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 37, at page 112
Now, 3/1;- ,2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said
contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideratio of
One ($1.00) Dollar to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed agains the
building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men r
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materi Is
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waiv d.
