STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 14" day of March, 2005
by and between
DWAYNE A. DEIMLER, T/A DWAYNE DEIMLER HOMES
hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
ELIZABETH P. KNOUSE

hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to co struct a
single family dwelling, 1D 1 WHITE OAK BLVD. SILVER SPRING TOWNSHIP, MECHANICS RG,
CUMBERLAND, COUNTY, FA., more particularly described as follows to wit:
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contrac or, for
and in consideration of the sum of ONE Dollar to it i hand paid
by Owner, the receipt whereof is l1ereby acknowledged, and the further conside tion
mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all
parties acting through or under themr covenant and agree that no mechanic's 1 ens or
claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said b ildings and
the lot of ground appurtenant thereto tor or on account of any work done or m terials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towar s, inr or
about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above d cribed, and
the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under t em hereby
expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any meclanic's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of themr and agree that this ins rument,
wai ving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
