STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 22NO day of March, 2005, by nd
between FALCON HOMES, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
CLARENCE M. LENKER, AND KANDI L. LENKER, husband and wi e,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor undert ok
and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain ot
of ground situate in North Middleton Township, Cumberland Coun y,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhi it
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as ot
#131, The Village of Cross Creek, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the s id
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is her by
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned ln he
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, is
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or un er
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims sh 11
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the s id
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, ln, or ab ut
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the ot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under th
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file,
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said bui1di
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the ri
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

County in Plan Book 89, Page 17, more particularly bounded and described, as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way of Pine Creek Drive, said
