1. The Rule is issued upon the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,Department
of Revenue("Department of Revenue"),and Metro Bank to show cause why the
Petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested;
2. If either,or both,the Department of Revenue or Metro Bank,wish to
oppose Petitioners' Petition, they shall file an Answer to the Petition within twenty(20)
days of the date of this Order;and
3. If an Answer is filed by either or both Respondents opposing the granting
of relief,a Hearing shall be scheduled on Motion of any party.
