STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made this J"j-'-- day of March, 2005, by and
between Neidlinger Construction~ sole proprietor, hereina ter
referred to as Contractor,
AND
David J. Sipes and Carrie A. Sipes, husband and wife, hereina ter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and ag eed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of gr und
situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonwe lth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" whic is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #7 Stonec est
Acres, Greenhill Road, Newville, PA 17241.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the aid
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1. 00) Dolla to"
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is he eby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or u der
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims s all
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the aid
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for 0 on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or an of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or out
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractcr, for itself, himsel or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under hem,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buil ings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the ight
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
