ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being identified as
Lot No. 2 as shown on a plan of lots known as "Final Subdivision Plan for BREECHES BEND" prepared by
Hoover Engineering Services, Inc., dated September 23, 1997, approved February 26, 1998 and re rded March
11, 1998 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberiand County, Pennsylvania in Pia Book 76 on
Page 60, and being more fully described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in PA Route 74 (a thirty-three foot legal right-of-way), at a common property corner of Lot
No.1 and Lot NO.2 as shown on the above referenced Final Subdivision Plan of Breeches Bend, s id point also
being referenced and located approximately 985 feet in a Southeasterly direction from the inter ection of the
Southern Right-of-Way Line of PA Route 74 and the Eastern Right-of-Way Line of Miller Boulevar ,thence from
said point of beginning along said Lot NO.1 South 15 degrees 19 minutes 01 seconds West, a dist ce of 430.49
feet to an iron pin at Lot No.8; thence along said Lot No.8 North 74 degrees 40 minutes 59 se nds West, a
distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin at Lot No.3; thence along said Lot No.3 North 15 degrees 9 minutes 01
seconds East, a distance of 430.00 feet to a point in PA Route 74; thence through PA Route 74 So th 74 degrees
40 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 83.38 feet to a point; thence continuing along sa by a curve,
curving to the left, having a radius of 13,803.70 feet and an arc length of 116.62 feet to a point, s id point being
the place of BEGINNING.
