Science Park Road, Suite 6, State College, PA 16803, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with MADISON & SONS CONSTRUCTION, LLC, of 3145 Spring Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, for the construction of a single family residence and related construction, and excavation work at Owners' lot located at 3 Young Drive, Lot 3 Red Oak Estates, Carlisle, PA 17013 ("the Property"), as more fully described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. NOW, on the �day of Crbe-�172014, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by Owners to Contractor to commence work at the Property or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said contract with Owners, and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the Property by the Contractor, or any sub-contractor, or by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said single family residence, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. — WITNESS, their hands and seals this ' day of QCA_t b-e_� 2014.
