I, MADELYN L. KRALL, of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, being
now in good health, strength of body and mind, but sensible of
the uncertainty of life, and desiring to make disposition of
my property and affairs while in health and strength, do hereby
make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former
Wills or Codicils by me at any time made.
I hereby declare that
I have never been married and that I have never had a child either
natural or adopted, and that my parents predeceased me and that
I have no brother, and that I had a sister that died at the
age of six, and that my legal heirs are my only surviving sister,
KATHRYN KRALL WEAVER, who lives at Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and
my two half-sisters, POLLY KRALL PRICE (formerly Polly Krall
Miller), and whose present address is Carlisle,
Pennsylvania,
and NANCY KRALL CROUSE (formerly Nancy Krall Trump), whose present
address is Baltimore, Maryland.
ARTICLE I.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses, and I direct that all estate, inheritance taxes
imposed by law with respect to all property (including insurance
on my life and property as to which I have a power of appointment)
taxable by reason of my death, whether or not such property passes
under this will, shall be paid out of the residue of my estate
without reimbursement from any person.
ARTICLE II.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my sister, KATHRYN
KRALL WEAVER, all of my household goods including furniture,
linens, silverware, pictures, dishes, photo equipment, musical
instruments, books, lamps, bric-a-brac, cooking utensils, appli-
ances, clothing, and personal jewelry that she wants to keep or
that she wishes to distribute to any of the other members of

my family, and the rest to be sold and the proceeds to be part
of my residuary estate.
ARTICLE III.
In the event any person not herein named in this will proves
to the court having jurisdiction of my estate that he or she
is an heir of mine, then I give to such person the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00), and no more. Those heirs of mine that are named
above that have not been given any part of my estate shall not
receive any part of my estate.
ARTICLE IV.
I give, devise and bequeath to my friends the following
amounts set opposite their names, to-wit:
to SARAH GRACE HOWER, the sum of $2,000.00;
to CAROLE FAUN DETHERAGE, the sum of $2,000.00;
to ESTELLE BONNER, the sum of $2,000.00.
In the event that any of said beneficiaries shall predecease
me, their share shall go to the surviving beneficiaries in this
group.
ARTICLE V.
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal and of every kind, whether
vested or contingent at the time of my death in the following
manner, to-wit:
(a) One-eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate is to go
to MARGARET EPPLEY, if she is living at the time of my death,
and in the event that she should predecease me this gift shall
lapse and become a part of the residue of my estate.
(b) All the rest and residue of my estate I give to KATHRYN
KRALL WEAVER, POLLY KRALL PRICE and NANCY KRALL CROUSE, in equal
shares, share and share alike. In the event that any of said
beneficiaries shall predecease me, their share shall go to their
lineal heirs by right of representation.

ARTICLE VI.
I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative,
hereinafter appointed, or their successor, if in their discretion
it shall seem expedient, to sell either at public or private
sale and at such times, in such manner, and upon such terms and
conditions as they may deem most advantageous and for the best
interest of my estate, the whole or any part of the real and
personal property of which I may die seized or possessed, or
any interest therein and to execute and deliver any and all con-
veyances, deeds or other instruments that may be necessary to
transfer said property or to carry out the intention of this
provision.
ARTICLE VII.
I hereby appoint and designate RICHARD I. WEAVER, my nephew,
and POLLY KRALL PRICE, my sister, as co-personal representatives,
to serve without bond, of this my Last Will and Testament, and
in the event that either shall predecease me or be unable or
unwilling to serve in that capacity, then in that event I hereby
designate KATHY LOU WEAVER, as personal representative, to serve
without bond, in place of the personal representative who is unable or
unwilling to serve, with all the rights, powers and duties as
given the other personal representatives.

I, MADELYN L. KRALL, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, do hereby declare
this to be a Codicil to my Last will and Testament of January 31,
1991.
Whereas by my Will, in Article IV, I made a gift to Carole
Faun Detherage in the sum of $2,000.00.
I now desire to raise that
sum to $7,000.00, so that Article IV of my said Will, will read
as follows, to-wit:
ARTICLE IV.
I give, devise and bequeath to my friends the following
amounts set opposite their names, to-wit:
to Carole Faun Detherage, the sum of $7,000.001
to Estelle Bonner, the sum of $2,000.00.
In the event that any of said beneficiaries shall predecease
me, their share shall go to the surviving beneficiary in this
group.
I do hereby declare that my said Will shall be construed and
take effect as if Article IV, as hereinabove set forth, was in
the original Will, and I do hereby declare that Article IV as it
appears on January 31, 1991, is deleted and the new Article IV
replaces same, and that in all other respects I do hereby confirm
my said Will.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MADELYN L. KRALL
I, MADELYN L. KRALL, of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, being
now in good health, strength of body and mind, but sensible of
the uncertainty of life, and desiring to make disposition of
my property and affairs while in health and strength, do hereby
make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former
Wills or Codicils by me at any time made.
I hereby declare that
I have never been married and that I have never had a child either
natural or adopted, and that my parents predeceased me and that
I have no brother, and that I had a sister that died at the
age of six. and that my legal heirs are my only surviving sister,
KATHRYN KRALL WEAVER, who lives at Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and
my two half-sisters, POLLY KRALL PRICE (formerly Polly Krall
Miller), and whose present address is Carlisle,
Pennsylvania,
and NANCY KRALL CROUSE (formerly Nancy Krall Trump), whose present
address is Baltimore, Maryland.
ARTICLE I.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses, and I direct that all estate, inheritance taxes
imposed by law with respect to all property (including insurance
on my life and property as to which I have a power of appointment)
taxable by reason of my death, whether or not such property passes
under this will, shall be paid out of the residue of my estate
without reimbursement from any person.
ARTICLE II.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my sister, KATHRYN
KRALL WEAVER, all of my household goods including furniture,
linens, silverware, pictures, dishes, photo equipment, musical
instruments, books, lamps, bric-a-brac, cooking utensils, appli-
ances, clothing, and personal jewelry that she wants to keep or
that she wishes to distribute to any of the other members of

my family, and the rest to be sold and the proceeds to be part
of my residuary estate.
ARTICLE III.
In the event any person not herein named in this will proves
to the court having jurisdiction of my estate that he or she
is an heir of mine, then I give to such person the sum of One
Dollar \$1.00), and no more. Those heirs of mine that are named
above that have not been given any part of my estate shall not
receive any part of my estate.
ARTICLE IV.
I give, devise and bequeath to my friends the following
amounts set opposite their names, to-wit:
to SARAH GRACE HOWER, the sum of $2,000.00;
to CAROLE FAUN DETHERAGE, the sum of $2,000.00;
to ESTELLE BONNER, the sum of $2,000.00.
In the event that any of said beneficiaries shall predecease
me, their share shall go to the surviving beneficiaries in this
group.
ARTICLE V.
I give. devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal and of every kind, whether
vested or con.tingent at .the time of my death in the following
manner, to-wit.:
(a) One-eighth (1/8) of the residue of my estate is to '10
to MARGARET EPPLEY, if she is living at the time of my death,
and in the event that she should predecease me this gift shall
lapse and become a part of the residue of my estate.
(b) All the rest and residue of my estate I give to KATHRYN
KRALL WEAVER, POLLY.KRALL PRICE and NANCY KRALL CROUSE, in equal
shares, share and share alike.
In the event that any of said
beneficiaries shall predecease me, their share shall go to their
lineal heirs by right of representation.

ARTICLE VI.
I hereby authorize and empower my personal representative,
hereinafter appointed, or their successor, if in their discretion
it shall seem expedient, to sell either at public or private
sale and at such times, in such manner, and upon such terms and
conditions as they may deem most advantageous and for the best
interest of my estate, the whole or any part of the real and
personal property of which I may die seized or possessed, or
any interest therein and to execute and deliver any and all con-
veyances, deeds or other instruments that may be necessary to
transfer said property or to carry out the intention of this
provision.
ARTICLE VII.
I hereby appoint and designate RICHARD I. WEAVER, my nephew,
and POLLY KRALL PRICE, my sister, as co-personal representatives,
to serve without bond, of this my Last Will and Testament, and
in the event that either shall predecease me or be unable or
unwilling to serve in that capacity, then in that event I hereby
designate KATHY LOU WEAVER, as personal representative, to serve
without bond, in place of the personal representative who is unable or
unwilling to serve, with all the rights, powers and duties as
given the other personal representatives.

Last Will and Testament, consisting of four sheets of paper,

CODICIL TO
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

MADELYN L. KRALL
I, MADELYN L. KRALL, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, do hereby declare
this to be a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament of January 31,
1991.
Whereas by my Will, in Article IV, I made a gift to Carole
Faun Detherage in the sum of $2,000.00.
I now desire to raise that
sum to $7,000.00, so that Article IV of my said Will, will read
as follows, to-wit:
ARTICLE IV.
1 give, devise and bequeath to my friends the following
amounts set opposite their names, to-wit:
to Carole Faun Detherage, the sum of $7,000.00;
to Estelle Bonner, the sum of $2,000.00.
In the event that any of said beneficiaries shall predecease
me, their share shall go to the surviving beneficiary in this
group.
I do hereby declare that my said Will shall be construed and
take effect as if Article IV, as hereinabove set forth, was in
the original Will, and I do hereby declare that Article IV as it
appears on January 31, 1991, is deleted and the new Article IV
replaces same, and that in all other respects I do hereby confirm
my said will.

SECOND CODICIL TO
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MADELYN L. KRALL
I, MADELYN L. KRALL, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, do hereby declare this
to be the Second Codicil to my Last Will and Testament, of date Jan-
uary 31, 1991.
WHEREAS in Article VII of my will I do hereby delete said article,
and in its place substitute the following Article VII:
ARTICLE VII
I hereby appoint and designate RICHARD I. WEAVER, my nephew, as
Personal Representative, to serve without bond, of this my Last Will
and Testament, and in the event that he shall predecease me or be
unable or unwilling to serve in that capacity, I hereby appoint and
designate KATHY LOU WEAVER, as Personal Representative, to serve
without bond, of this my Last Will and Testament.
In all other respects I do hereby confirm my original will of
date January 31, 1991.
