I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, RONALD E. KUNKLE, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that he is unable or unwilling to act as Executor, I appoint my niece, CONNAE J. HOUK,to be Executrix in his place and stead. I further direct that they shall not be required to file bond or other security in the Office of the Register of Wills for the purpose of administering my Estate. FOR PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION: It is my desire that my Executor or Executrix, as the case may be, be compensated with a fee of ten(10%)percent of the gross value of my Estate rather than the more typical five (5%) percent fee.
