for appointment of a guardian of the person and a guardian
of the estate.

AND NOW, this 15th day of April, 2005, upon
consideration of the petition for appointment of a guardian
in the above-captioned matter as amended, and following a
hearing, the record shall remain open for purposes of
supplementation with the notes of testimony from a hearing
held on February 11, 2005, pursuant to an agreement of
