Waiver of Fiduciary Bond
The undersigned, being all residuary legatees or next of kin of the above named decedent
who are adult and su.i juri;:, hereby waive the posting of any bond by the undersigned who are the
petitioners for grant of letters of administration. Petitioner Joshua M. Brady avers that he is not a
resident of Pennsylvania but will serve with petitioners Jerry C. Kern and Sha«1n M. Kern who
are residents of Pennsylvania. All three petitioners aver that all assets of the estate will remain in
the custody and control of the resident co-personal representatives.
