STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Ramachander Sylesh Jadav and Bindumathi Jadav, husband and wife
of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Carlson
Construction,Inc.,a Pennsylvania Corporation of Pennsylvania,for the erection of a dwelling upon
a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN Unit,being Unit No.48(the"Unit"),of Hampden Summit,
A Planned Community(the"Community"),such Community being located in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which Unit is designated in the Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions for Hampden Summit, A Planned Community and Declaration Plats, as amended
(collectively the"Declaration"),together with any and all improvements thereto,as more particularly
bound and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Skyview Court (50'
wide), said point being the northwesterly corner of Lot 49;thence along the northern line of Lot 49,
North 53 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 178.38 feet to a point located along the
right-of-way line of S.R. 0581; thence along S.R. 0581, North 36 degrees 52 minutes 31 seconds
West, a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence North 35 degrees 44 minutes 52 seconds West, a
distance of 30.01 feet to a point; thence South 53 degrees 07 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance
of 42.22 feet to a point along Skyview Court; thence along Skyview Court the following

and distances: (1)by a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet and an arc length of 86.47 feet
to a point; (2) a curve to the left having a radius of 25.00 feet and an arc length of 34.83 feet to a
point; (3) South 01 degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 11.59 feet to a point; (4) by
a curve left having a radius of 125.00 feet and an arc length of 79.41 feet to a point; and (5) South
37 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, a distance of 26.21 feet to a point, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 21,041 sq. ft. or 0.48 acre having an address of Skyview Court,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050.
83. BEING Lot#48 Plan of Hampden Summit,Phase I1,recorded in Plan Book 89,Page
UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all easements, restrictions,
encumbrances and other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey of the
premises would reveal.
TOGETHER with the undivided Allocated Interest appurtenant to the Unit as more
particularly set forth in the aforesaid Declaration, as last amended.
ALSO UNDER AND SUBJECT,NEVERTHELESS,to the Declaration, and all
amendments thereto; to any and all covenants, conditions, rights-of-way; and to matters of record
or that which a physical inspection or survey of the Unit and Common Elements would disclose.

3 day of November,2014,at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Ramachander Sylesh Jadav and Bindumathi Jadav to the said Carlson Construction, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the
same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Carlson Construction, Inc., a
Pennsylvania Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar,to Carlson Construction,Inc.,
a Pennsylvania Corporation paid by Ramachander Sylesh Jadav and Bindumathi Jadav it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
