County, Pennsylvania, containing 6 acres and 68 perches, neat measure, sold to Lee H.
Laughlin for purchase price of$6,750.00. No settlement sheet was prepared for the sale
of the saie real estate. A copy o the deed of conveyance showing the purchase price
and a copy of the check from the buyer payable to Richard H. Laughlin Estate in the
amount of$$6,750.00 is attached hereto.
