MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL
AND NOW, this '!7(S}day of October 2014, comes Becker& Strausbaugh, P.C., counsel
for the Estate of Ronald Robert Windsor, and hereby requests that this Honorable Court allow
Becker& Strausbaugh, P.C., and Arthur J. Becker, Jr., Esquire, to withdraw as counsel for the
Estate of Ronald Robert Windsor, whereof the following is a statement:
1. For various reasons, Becker& Strausbaugh, P.C. requests permission from this
Honarable Court to withdraw as counsel for the Estate of Ronald Robert Windsor.
2. Jacob N. Windsor is the Administrator of the Estate of Ronald Robert Windsor and
has a last known address of 4849 Meadowlark Drive, Salisbury, Maryland 21804.
3. On October 21, 2014 the undersigned received an email from Jacob Windsor,
Administrator wherein Mr. Windsor advised that he no longer requires our representation in
connection with the above-estate. A true and correct copy of the email dated October 21, 2014 is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
4. The withdrawal of Becker& Strausbaugh, P.C. and Arthur J. Becker, Jr., Esquire,
BecKEa&slr�usgAucH Pc from this estate will not materially prejudice our client or delay any pending litigation.

5. Counsel believes that this Motion is appropriate and meets the criteria inherent in
Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1012 and Rule 1.16 (b) (4) of the Rules of Professional
Conduct.
WHEREFORE, Becker& Strausbaugh, P.C. requests that this Honorable Court allow
Becker & Strausbaugh, P.C. and Arthur J. Becker, Jr., Esquire, to withdraw as counsel for the
Estate of Ronald Robert Windsor.
