AFFIDAVIT PURSUANT TO SECTION 4101(2) OF THE PROBATE,ESTATES
AND FIDUCIARIES CODE
AND NOW, come Gail E. Zechman and Glenn E. Grundig , Petitioners
requesting the issuance of Letters Testamentary, and respectfully state that after diligent
search and inquiry:
1. The Estate of Margaret A. Grundig is not, to our knowledge or so far as
we have been able to discover, indebted to any person in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania; and
2. We will not exercise any power which we would not be permitted to
exercise in the jurisdiction of our appointment, the State of North Carolina.
I verify that the statements made herein are true and correct and understand that
false statements herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C. S. A. § 4904 relating
to unsworn falsification to authorities.
