AFFIDAVIT OF DARRELL- C. DETHLEFS, ESQ., THAT NOTICE WAS SERVED ON
NIKOLAS A. ZULLI
I, Darrell C. Dethlefs, Esquire, being duly sworn according to law, depose and
say the following:
1. My name is Darrell C. Dethlefs, and I am the legal counsel for Dallas J. Zulli,
brother of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an alleged incapacitated person.
2. 1 am aware that a hearing is to be held to determine whether a Guardian
should be appointed to represent the interests of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an
alleged incapacitated person.
3. 1 am aware that one of the parties of interest to this action is Nikolas A. Zulli,
an adult child of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an alleged incapacitated person.
4. 1 hereby swear and affirm that I have personally served notice upon Nikolas
A. Zulli, regarding the upcoming hearing to determine whether a Guardian
should be appointed to represent the interests of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an
alleged incapacitated person.
5. 1 represent that the facts set forth herein are true and correct to the best of my
n wledge, information and belief.
