I, Jennifer L. Finn, being duly sworn according to law, depose and say the
following:
1. My name is Jennifer L. Finn, and I am the mother of Emilie D. Zulli, minor
daughter of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an alleged incapacitated person.
2. 1 am aware that a hearing is to be held to determine whether a Guardian
should be appointed to represent the interests of Donald N. Zulli, Jr., an
alleged incapacitated person.
3. 1 am aware that one of the parties of interest to this action is Emilie D. Zulli, a
minor child of Donald N. Zulli, an alleged incapacitated person.
4. 1 hereby swear and affirm that I have received service of notice on behalf of
Emilie D. Zulli, a minor, regarding the upcoming hearing to determine whether
a Guardian should be appointed to represent the interests of Donald N. Zulli,
Jr., an alleged incapacitated person.
