ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 1,;2 day of November, 2014, following a status
conference with counsel on November 10, 2014, we ORDER AND DIRECT as follows:
1. Discovery shall be completed by March 31, 2015.
2. Dispositive motions shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the completion of
discovery or April 30, 2015, whichever is earlier.
Finally, we encourage the parties to use their best efforts to resolve this matter
short of trial, and to avail themselves of any and all appropriate forms of alternative
dispute resolution. In the words of our Sixteenth President, we urge counsel to
"discourage litigation. Persuade your [clients] to compromise whenever you can, point
out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser— in fees, and expenses, and a
waste of time."
