Whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a single-family dwelling on that ce
of ground situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, being known as
89 on the Revised Plan ofPellDsboro Manor, said Plan recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 3,
Being further identified as Tax Parcel No. 47-19.1590-117A.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said ContractOr. fi and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt w eIeof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for th ves
and their subcontractors, and aU parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no chanic's
liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and lot of
grotmd appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and constTllCtion 0 the said
buildings on the lot above-described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors a others
under them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mech 'c's liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the ri t of lien,
shall be an independent covenant.
