WHEREAS, contemporaneously herewith and prior to commencing construction, he
Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church of 300 East Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, P A 17055
(hereinafter together as "Owner") is preparing to execute a final construction contract with obar
Associates, Inc. of 4 Barlo Circle, DiIlsburg, Pennsylvania 17019 (hereinafter "Contractor") for the
exterior painting and window reglazing, curb and sidewalk repair and replacement, installat on of
various HV AC system modifications, and other miscellaneous repair work:
NOW, March 30, 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of he final
contract, and before any authority has been given by Owner to Contractor to commence ork on
the said building, and for the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contra tor and
paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contract r, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any abor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said bui ing, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived by Contractor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Stipulation Aga nst Liens
to be executed in their name of the date first above written.
