AND NOW, this day of January, 2015, a hearing on the petition
for a name change shall commence at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2015, in
Courtroom Number 1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The
petitioner shall publish notice of this hearing in two newspapers of general circulation,
one of which may be the official paper for the publication of legal notices in this county.
Petitioner shall also request an official search of the office of the Prothonotary of
Cumberland County to determine if there are any judgments, decrees of record .or other
