This day GLADYS E BIEDENBACH reported to the Court a Affidavit and Waiver of Final
Settlement for the estate of DONALD EUGENE BIEDENBACH, which Affidavit and Waiver of
Final Settlement was filed in the office of the Clerk of tl�e Roane County Commission on the 3rd
day of July, 2014 and said estate was published in The The Times Record or Roane County
ecorder on the 3rd day of April 2014 and was presented to this Court on the�� day of
