payment from any bank or financial institution for the proceeds from the Highmark Blue
Shield check, dated March 12, 2014, in the amount of $724.76, rnade payable to `B
Adams," and the linited States treasury check, dated April 1, 2014, in the amount of
$500.00., made payable to "Richard Adams Adm, Betty L Adams Decd," the estate
having been previously settled pursuant to the filing of a Petition for Settlement of a
Small Estate.
