Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in accord ce
with the Final Subdivision Plan of Green Hill as recorded in PI n Book
55, Page 17, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the southwestern corner of Lot No. 31 0 the
aforesaid Final Subdivison Plan; thence along lands now or form rly of
Herman H. Helman, et ux, North 87 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds West,
269.07 feet to an existing pin in the northern right-of-way lin of
Burnt House Road (T-542); thence along said northern right-of-w y line
of Burnt House Road (T-542), North 24 degrees 21 minutes 38 sec nds
West, 222.44 feet to a point; thence along the southern right- f-way
line of Minich Drive by a curve to the right with a radius of 0.00
feet, an arc length of 62.83 feet to a point in the southern
right-of-way line of Minich Drive; thence along the southern
right-of-way line of Minich Drive, North 65 degrees 38 minutes 22
seconds East, 342.67 feet to a point; thence continuing along aid
southern right-of-way line of Minich Drive by a curve to the r ght with
a radius of 178.71 feet, an arc length of 46.03 feet to a poin at the
