Smith, Sr., deceased. Petitioner thereafter acted and is still acting as personal representative. 2. Gerald E. Smith, Sr., decedent named above, at the time of death resided at 333 Ponderosa Road, in the city of Carlisle, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and died on March 2, 2014. 3. The persons interested in the estate of Gerald E. Smith, Sr., deceased, who do not join in this petition, and all other persons interested in the estate of decedent, and their respective addresses are as follows: Name Address Gerald E.
