DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 21st day of November, 2014, after hearing testimony on the
Petition for Grant of Letters filed by Saundra M. Peifer, through her attorney, Rob A.
Krug, Esq., testimony showed that the will was executed shortly before death of the
testator. The wife filled in the date of 10-18-12 on the bottom of each page of the Will.
Someone else wrote "20th day of October 2012" on the signature page, perhaps one of
the witnesses.
IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the document is admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of Keith E. Peifer. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the date of
October 18, 2012 will be used as the date of the Will. Letters Testamentary are hereby
granted to Saundra M. Peifer.
Saundra M. Peifer shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according
to law.
