AND NOW, this 21st day of November, 2014, after hearing testimony on the
Petition for Probate of Copy of Last Will and Grant of Letters filed by Michelle M.
Bishop, through her counsel, Paul Bradford Orr, Esquire, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that
the document, dated July 19, 2001, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and
Testament of Bonnie A. Bishop including the obliteration to paragraph SECOND
removing the name Michael W. Bishop and the interlineation that adds the words "take
out son per Mom's Instructions" which is initialed and dated by the testator. Letters
Testamentary shall be granted to Michelle M. Bishop this day.
Michelle M. Bishop shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according
to law.
