AND NOW, this 24th day of November, 2014, after hearing testimony on the
Petition to Probate Photocopy of the Last Will of Karin J. Shumaker filed by James E.
Shumaker, through his attorneys, JSDC Law Office, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the
document, dated October 27, 2005, is admitted to probate as the Last Will and
Testament of Karin J. Shumaker. Letters Testamentary shall be granted to James E.
Shumaker upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters.
James E. Shumaker shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according
to law.
