East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,by its attorneys JSDC
Law Offices,hereby files its claim for the trash/sewer rates charged against the real estate
hereinafter described, located in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and sets forth its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is East Pennsboro
Township.
2. The Authority under and by virtue of which this trash/sewer rate was charged is as
follows: (a) Section 4 of the Act of 1945, P.L. 382, 53 P.S. §306, Municipalities
Authorities Act of 1945, as amended; and(b) Resolution No. 2014-04 of East
Pennsboro Township, adopted April 12, 2014, establishing the trash/sewer rates
and regulations of East Pennsboro Township for the trash/sewer system for the
Township of East Pennsboro, and authorizing the collection and enforcement of
trash/sewer rates in this manner prescribed by law.
3. All acts, conditions,_events and things required to be done by East Pennsboro
Township under the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
' have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitle East
Pennsboro Township to a lien for the payment of the trash/sewer rates for which
this claim is filed.
4. The name of the owners or reputed owners, of the property against which this
claim is filed, is HARRY J. &DONNA L.ARNOLD.
5. The property against which this claim is filed is known and numbered as 406
BRICK CHURCH ROAD,ENOLA,PA 17025.
6. This trash/sewer rate was charged for trash/sewer services furnished to the above-
described property charged for the period commencing April 1,2007,to and
including the present.

collection of the above claim in accordance with the authorized Resolution 2014-04 of East
