East Pennsboro Township,.Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,by its,attorneys JSDC
Law Offices,hereby files its claim for the trash/sewer rates charged against the real estate
hereinafter described,located in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,
and sets forth its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is East Pennsboro
Township.
2. The Authority under and by virtue of which this trash/sewer rate was charged is as
follows: (a)Section 4 of the Act of 1945,P.L. 382, 53 P.S. §306,Municipalities
= Resolution No. 2014-04 of East
Authorities Act of 1945,as amended; and (b)
Pennsboro Township, adopted April 12, 2014, establishing the trash/sewer rates
= and regulations of East Pennsboro Township for the trash/sewer system for the
authorizing the collection and enforcement of
Township of East Pennsboro, and
trash/sewer rates in this manner prescribed by law.
3. All acts,conditions, events and things required to be done by East Pennsboro
Township under the Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
:. have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitle East
Pennsboro Township to lien for the payment of the trash/sewer rates for which
a
this claim is filed.
4. The name of the owners or reputed owners, of the property against which this
claim is filed, is ADAM A. &JENNIFER GAUVIN.
5. The property against which this claim is filed is known and numbered as 1514
THIRD STREET,ENOLA,PA 17025.
6. This trash/sewer rate was charged for trash/sewer services furnished to the above-
described property charged for the period commencing July 1,2007,to and
including the present.
