hereinafter provided:
a. The savings account(s) are to be marked: "Not to be withdrawn before
December 16, 2027, except on Order of Court except for payment of state and federal income
taxes on the interest earned by the minor's estate or on Order of Court."
b. The savings certificate(s) are to be marked: "Not to be redeemed except
for renewal in its entirety, nor to be withdrawn, assigned, negotiated or otherwise alienated
before December 16, 2027, except on order of Court."
c. The depository and guardian are authorized and directed to deposit interest
received from any savings certificate(s) or other income of the respective minors, if any, in the
aforesaid account(s) opened pursuant to this Decree.
d. The said natural guardians are not permitted to expend the principal of the
minors' estates without permission of this Court, in accordance with the provisions of 20
Pa.C.S.A. §5164.
e. If no withdrawals are made from the investments authorized by this
Decree, the depositoiy may pay over the balances on deposit after December 16, 2027 when the
minor attains majority, upon the joint order of the natural guardian and the late minor, without
further Order of this Court.
