LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Patricia M. Hauptle, presently residing at 4 Central Street, Newville, West
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241, being of sound mind, memory
and disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I direct that I be cremated and that my ashes be buried at my burial lot, if I
have one. If I do not own a burial lot at my date of death, my Executor may purchase a lot or may
scatter my ashes at a tranquil location.
SECOND. I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease. My life insurance policy, which
designates the Estate of Patricia M. Hauptle as the beneficiary, shall be used for any expenses
related to my cremation/burial.
THIRD. Any articles of my clothing that are in good condition shall be given to
Goodwill or a similar organization. The remainder of my clothing shall be discarded.
FOURTH. If I own real estate or a condominium at the time of my death, it shall be
sold. The net proceeds shall be divided equally among KIMBERLY B. WATKINSON,
THOMAS E. WATKINSON, and BRIAN W. WATHINSON, or their issue, if any, if he or she
predeceases me. If a person predeceases me without issue, his or her share shall be distributed to
the surviving members of this class.
FIFTH. I hereby make the following specific bequests:
A. I give and bequeath my doll known as "Elsie" that belonged to my
grandmother Elsie B. G. Bush and my oval framed photo of Elsie B. G.
Bush to KIMBERLY B. WATKINSON;
B. If Kimberly B. Watkinson has a daughter at the time of my death, she may
choose a second doll to give to her daughter, unless this has been done
before my death;
C. Each of my nephews, namely, THOMAS E. WATKINSON and
BRIAN W. WATKINSON, shall have a painting that was done by their
great grandfather Frederick W. Hauptle, Sr., and may select a doll if he is
married and has a daughter; and

D. My automobile, if any, and all household items, including art works, books,
china, collectibles, furs, furniture, j ewelry, memory books of parents,
photographs, tools and the like to PAMELA B. WATKINSON.
SIXTH. All bank accounts shall be used to pay any outstanding debts existing at the
time of my death. Any monies remaining shall be distributed in accordance with paragraph
SEVENTH below.
SEVENTH. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, including but not limited to
my regular and IRA accounts held through Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC, as follov��s:
A. One-fourth (1/4) share to my sister, PAMELA B. WATHINSON;
