Re: Estate of Ruthe E. Herre

Continuation of Answer 2: The estate administration is substantially
complete. Taxes and expenses have been paid. Limited advances have
likewise been made. Litigation involving the Estate as a Plaintiff in the
Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas at Docket Number 2011-5219
has resolved and proceeds have now circulated. Additional taxes have been
paid on the proceeds and an approval has been received from the
Department of revenue. This matter will be submitted for Court approval in
the near future.
