ESTATE OF RUTH K. MURTOFF CUMBER.LdC '
Ruth K. .Murtoff.,, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased,
died testate on- October 24, 2013 . Her ,last will and testament was. duly
executed on August 26, 2005 . On November 1, 2013, the original document
was recorded .in the Cumberland County Register of Wills as an entry in
Estate No. 21-1.3-1163;
Ruth K. Murtoff, by her last will and testament, named Robert G.
Murtoff, as ' Executor of said last will and testament;
Letters testamentary on the estate of the said decedent were duly
issued on or about November ,. l, 2013 by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland, County, Pennsylvania, to Mr. Murtoff, hereinafter called
personal representative.
_The personal representative gathered the assets of the estate of
his late mother. The assets consisted of real and ,personal property, to
a total gross value.,,b'f $117, 243. 58, as set forth in Exhibit A, which is
an Inheritance Tax Return filed with the Cumberland County Register of
Wills, and which is attached hereto and .marked Exhibit A.
All the assets have been converted to personal property, and the
entire estate, will be distributed, some in kind, and the remainder in
cash to the undersigned heirs . The undersigned heirs agree that the
full value of the aforesaid property has been distributed and disposed
of to their satisfaction.

each other and the aforesaid Personal Representative, that we will
contribute pro-rata, our share of the estate to satisfy any and all
claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be successfully
prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid Personal
Representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family
settlement agreement and final release.
