SHADE, ESQUIRE CO :;0 rn FOR EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT AS AUDI:-( o Q TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT: Ka 1. On February 12, 2014, Petitioner was appointed auditor in the 'Rove-cap�ned matters. 2. Petitioner promptly proceeded to review the record. 3. After extensive communications with counsel for the parties, Petitioner directed that the parties issue any discovery that they determine that they would need by May 9, 2014. 4. By Order of June 20, 2014, the commission of the Auditor was extended through December 31, 2014. 5. Since the extension of the commission of the Auditor, the parties have exchanged written discovery, but the completion of the exchanges has not yet confirmed. 6. On December 4, 2014, the Auditor issued a Directive upon the parties to conclude written discovery by December 31, 2014, and to confirm completion of written discovery or serve detailed specifications of any deficiencies in the responses to written discovery by January 16, 2015. 7. The parties have indicated that, after completion of written discovery, they will need to take depositions. 8. These matters are substantial matters with total assets of several million dollars. 7. It would be expected that it will require at least six more months for discovery to be completed and hearings to be held. 4 �l WHEREFORE, the Auditor respectfully requests extension of his appointment until June 30, 2015.
